No. TrustRent is designed around factual evidence, verified records and transparent scoring rather than subjective landlord opinions.
The Tenant Passport is centred on the tenant. Sharing is designed to happen when the tenant chooses to use their passport as part of a rental application.
The score is intended to summarise evidence relevant to rental readiness using a transparent 100-point framework. It is not a replacement for a landlord or agent’s own lawful decision-making.
Tenants can create a TrustRent Tenant Passport for free. The £12.99 Full Passport is a professional detailed-view unlock for landlords only.
